Join Miss Eliza for songs, rhymes, and bounces followed by a short playtime. While the activities provided are targeted toward babies, older siblings are welcome to enjoy the session.

Join us for songs, rhymes, fingerplays, stories, and fun!

Rhyme Time is an interactive program consisting of various, fun skill-building activities such as rhymes, songs, bounces and more. The program incorporates musical instruments, scarves and parachutes.

Join us to share stories, songs, rhymes, followed by playtime! This storytime is structured to focus on kindergarten readiness skills. Parent participation is encouraged.

English language learners are invited to join us at the library to practice speaking and listening skills while making new friends in a casual, conversational atmosphere.

All levels are welcome.

Parents and babies are invited to join us for this drop-in, unstructured open baby play. It is a perfect time to play and give baby an chance to interact with others while caregivers get to know one another.

‘Minute to Win It’ games engage kids in activities that require teamwork and logic!  These games typically involve simple tasks that must be completed in less than a minute (per person), using everyday household items.

If English is not your first language, join us at the library to practice your speaking and listening skills and improve your English vocabulary in a casual, relaxed atmosphere.

Troy teens (6^th -12^th grade) who are working to improve their English language skills are invited to join us at the library to practice speaking and listening skills while making new friends in a fun, no-p

To help us better manage donations, we ask all individuals wanting to donate three or more boxes of material to register for an appointment. You may arrive anytime between 10 am and 12 noon with your donation. 

Family storytime is for the whole family! We will enjoy books, songs, and rhymes and end our session with open play.

A great way to meet friends, speak in Mandarin, and share cultural activities.

Meets on the 3rd Friday of each month.

English language learners are invited to meet for coffee and conversation at Biggby Coffee in Troy. Discussion is always laid-back and friendly, and you are not required to have read the whole book to participate.

We provide the movie, you provide the non-sticky snacks and closed-lidded drinks! Join us for Wish (PG) 2023.

Bring the whole family to our Storybook Trail to read this month's book and complete an activity for a prize. You can start your walk anytime from 4:30-5:30pm, but you must finish by 6pm to collect your prize. 

Love coming up with alternate endings to your favorite books? At this workshop, work in teams to create a a thrilling Choose Your Own Adventure story!

Ages 3+. In this adaptive storytime we explore our 5 senses with stories, songs, and sensory play!

Learn how to use Canva, a free design website to create graphics, flyers, and more! Canva is easy to use, with hundreds of design templates and layouts to create the perfect branded images that will suit your needs.

Families with children can join us for a variety of stories, songs, rhymes and movement activities. We'll build early literacy skills while having fun!
