A young woman named Asha possesses wild wishes for happiness. After making a wish on a starry night, Asha is surprised when Star, a ball of cosmic energy, comes down to accompany her. Priority registration will be given to Troy Public Library card holders. If you do not have a TPL issued library card, register WITHOUT a card to be put on the Pending Waitlist. If there is space available closer to the event you will be moved to the main list.
All children ages 12 and younger must be in the company of a parent/adult care-giver at all times while in the library. Even if the child is attending a program, it is required that the parent/adult caregiver remain in the library building throughout the program.
