Program Description
Event Details
Families with children can join us for a variety of stories, songs, rhymes and movement activities. We'll build early literacy skills while having fun! Grown-ups are required to stay with children through the duration of the program.
Priority registration given to Troy residents. If you do not have Troy-issued library card, register without a library card to be put on the pending waitlist. If there is space available for non-Troy residents, you will be notified 1-week before the event.

Unattended Child Policy
All children ages 12 and younger must be in the company of a parent/adult care-giver at all times while in the library. Even if the child is attending a program, it is required that the parent/adult caregiver remain in the library building throughout the program.
