Want to get better at playing chess? Join us to hone your skills! Attendees should come already knowing how pieces move across the board for these beginner to intermediate level classes. You must register for each class individually. Presented by Troy Youth All-Star Chess Club. 

Priority registration will be given to Troy Public Library card holders. If you do not have a TPL issued library card, register WITHOUT a card to be put on the Pending Waitlist. If there is space available closer to the event you will be moved to the main list.​

Ages and grades are strictly enforced: to allow each child to feel successful, provide the best experience for all attendees, and offer opportunities for social and emotional growth within peer groups, children who are not in the correct grade or age-group for this program will be turned away at the door.
