- Reserving the Memory Lab is exclusive to Troy residents with an active TPL library card.
- Walk-in appointments are available for residents and non-residents on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance
- Bookings are limited to 4 hours.
- Time can be extended on the day of the appointment if no one else has reserved a later time in the day.
- Patrons are responsible for bringing their own flash drives to save digital files
- No food or drink allowed
- Please specify which piece of equipment requested in title space.
- Designated headphones available, no additional AV equipment provided for public use
- Signed application required

- Kodak Scanza (for photo slides and negatives to digital)
- VidBox VHS to DVD converter (for VHS tape recordings to digital)
- ION Tape 2 PC USB Conversion System (for audiocassette recordings to digital)
- Wolverine MovieMaker Pro (for 8mm/Super 8 film reels to digital. Video only)

Reservations for one patron at a time. Come to Technology Lab for the Memory Lab stations.
