DESCRIPTION:Troy teens (6th -12th grade) who are working to improve thei
 r English language skills are invited to join us at the library to pract
 ice speaking and listening skills while making new friends in a fun, no-pr
 essure atmosphere. \r\nAll levels are welcome.\r\nThis program is limited
  to 25 attendees. Registration is required.\r\nTeens who actively particip
 ate in helping each other improve English language conversation skills are
  eligible for one hour of volunteer credit. \r\n(Parents and younger sibl
 ings are welcome to join us at regular Talk Time in the library's mee
 ting room.)
