 s are generally geared toward 3-7yrs old. Grown-ups are required to stay 
 with children through the duration of the program. \r\nPriority registrat
 ion given to Troy residents. If you do not have Troy-issued library card, 
 register without a library card to be put on the pending waitlist. If ther
 e is space available for non-Troy residents, you will be notified 1-week b
 efore the event.
