Parents and babies are invited to join us for this drop-in, unstructured open baby play. It is a perfect time to play and give baby an chance to interact with others while caregivers get to know one another.

If English is not your first language, join us at the library to practice your speaking and listening skills and improve your English vocabulary in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. All levels are welcome!

Join us for songs, rhymes, stories, and fun! Register once for the entire 3-week session. Registration opens 2 weeks before the first storytime of the session, but there is no registration deadline!

Rhyme Time Live!

Join us for a fun and educational storytime! Parent participation is encouraged.

To help us better manage donations, we ask all individuals wanting to donate three or more boxes of material to register for an appointment. You may arrive anytime between 10 am and 12 noon with your donation. 

Join us for a special outdoor storytime where we will enjoy songs, rhymes, and books. At the end of our session we will get out our bubble machine and water table for some fun outdoor play!

Feel free to bring a lunch and come join the Booked for Lunch group in discussing this month's title, The Woman They Could Not Silence by Kate Moore.

Do you love Anime & Manga? Do you enjoy drawing? Artist Lance Red will be joining us to teach you, step-by-step, how to draw a couple of spooky Yokai (Japanese monsters or spirits) from Japanese mythology.

This lively group of voracious readers has been gathering to discuss books for over 20 years. Members are able to participate in choosing books (fiction, historical fiction, memoirs, etc.) and lead discussions. All are welcome!

Families with young children can join us for a variety of stories, songs, rhymes and movement activities. We'll build early literacy skills while having fun! 

There is a lot of information in the media about college admissions—some of it is fact, some of it is fiction, and a lot of it is exaggeration.

Here in the eastern United States, we look forward to the fall, if only for the jewel-like displays of autumn foliage. Although we’ve known for a while “how” woody plants change color, we’ve not been as certain as to the “why” of it.
