Grades 3-5. Explore the history and diversity of musical instruments around the world! Try your hand at crafting your own instrument, such as a drum or panpipe, with a little engineering and a lot of creativity!
Ages and grades are strictly enforced: to allow each child to feel successful, provide the best experience for all attendees, and offer opportunities for social and emotional growth within peer groups, children who are not in the correct grade or age-group for this program will be turned away at the door.
All children ages 12 and younger must be in the company of a parent/adult care-giver at all times while in the library. Even if the child is attending a program, it is required that the parent/adult caregiver remain in the library building throughout the program.
Come paint some "happy little trees" with us as we follow along with Bob Ross, the host of the show 'Joy of Painting' through PBS. We will provide all of the supplies, just dress up in clothes you don't mind getting paint on. For grades 6-12
