Adult Programs

Rewind to the 1980s and personalize a canvas pouch with dimensional puff paints. Freestyle your own design or choose a stencil inspired by the magic of Lisa Frank: a dolphin, unicorn, rainbow, or sunset beach scene. Drying time is four hours, so pouches will be available for pick-up on Friday after the program.

Priority registration will be given to Troy Public Library card holders. If you do not have a TPL-issued library card, you may register without a card to be put on the Pending Waitlist. If there is space available one week before the program you will be moved to the main registration list and notified.
