Event Details
A Financial Reality Fair is an experiential learning event that allows students to simulate living on their own for a month in the real world. Students are each provided with an identity consisting of a job, a starting salary, a credit score, and potential student loans. Teens make decisions on expenditures while balancing their budget, actively discovering the impact those choices could have on their financial future. This type of activity is of the utmost importance for our students as they get ready for their next steps. Ideas of some careers to choose from can be found here. For grades 6-12
