Celebrate World Meditation day with Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance. Still your body and mind, and rest, recharge, and invite peace and healing with sound, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation. Sound Bath Meditation features gong, singing bowls, bell, tingsha, drumming, and spoken mantras. No previous experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket, and a covered water bottle. |
