Join romance/suspense author of over 60 books, Sylvia Hubbard, as she discusses four changes African American writers had on the romance genre in America and authors who have made significant contributions.

About Sylvia: 

Award-winning Detroit Author and founder of Motown Writers, Sylvia Hubbard, has independently published over 55 dark romance and intriguing suspense stories in the over 20 years she's been in the literary business. Priority registration will be given to Troy Public Library card holders. If you do not have a TPL issued library card, you can register without a card to be put on the Pending Waitlist. If there is space available one week before the program you will be moved to the main registration list and notified.
