Love is a four-legged word! Display your pet love with this fun take-and-make craft. Instructions and materials (except scissors) are provided to create one *sparkly* painted frame with a pet-themed Valentine message. Pick up kit at the Adult Information Services desk from Feb. 1-14. Crafting level: Beginner. (Registration with Troy library card required by January 25, 2023.)
