Event Details
Learn about the basics of mindfulness, a practice designed to keep us centered and aware in the moment, in this calming and relaxing storytime! In addition to reading together, we’ll learn some breathing and movement exercises. Our stories will be geared toward 3-7yrs old. However, the activities are great for everyone. Grown-ups are required to stay with children through the duration of the program.

Unattended Child Policy
All children ages 12 and younger must be in the company of a parent/adult care-giver at all times while in the library. Even if the child is attending a program, it is required that the parent/adult caregiver remain in the library building throughout the program.
