Do you have a child to enroll in Kindergarten? Incoming Kindergarten students are required to have a dental screening completed for enrollment. You can visit your own dentist, but if you do not have one or are finding it difficult to make an appointment you can visit the library to complete this screening, provided, provided by Oakland County Health Division.

A dental hygienist will perform the screening simply by looking into your child’s mouth and noting what they see.  The hygienist will be masked and gloved, and only single-use disposable supplies will be used.  The parent will be given the State dental screening form along with any necessary resources.
