Who doesn't love Mo Willem's mischievous Pigeon?! We will celebrate the Pigeon with a story, crafts, and by decorating our own Pigeon cookies (be sure to wear clothes that can get frosting on them)!

Priority registration given to Troy residents. If you do not have Troy-issued library card, register without a library card to be put on the pending waitlist. If there is space available for non-Troy residents, you will be notified 1-week before the event.

Unattended Child Policy

All children ages 11 and younger must be in the company of a parent/adult care-giver at all times while in the library. Even if the child is attending a program, it is required that the parent/adult caregiver remain in the library building throughout the program.
