June 6, 2024 marks the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings along the Normandy coast during World War II.  Historian Jim Craft will discuss the key events of June 6th and the dramatic campaign that concluded with the closing of the Falaise Gap on August 21, 1944 and the near total destruction of the German army in Normandy.
